Terms of Service (the small print)

We're not here to confuse you, this section is written in plain English. Please note that amar.photos is a trading name of Kexidan Ltd.

Your Privacy is paramount
We will never wilfully sell, trade, rent or otherwise transmit any personally identifiable information about you to any third party without first receiving your permission.

Payment information is never held by us and we would encourage all clients to not share such information by email, text or any other unsecure methods.

Personal information will only be collected for the purpose of providing you services or contacting about the service purchased. Your personal information (name, address, email address, phone number or the information of the photograph subject) will only be used to provide the service or notify the booking party of any appropriate discounts or promotions that may be of interest.

We will not distribute or sell any images of our clients without prior notification and agreement. We reserve the right to use images on our website but clients will not be named.

Cookies
Like so many other websites we track the use of our website using Google Analytics. This service does apply some cookies to your computer where this has been enabled in the browser. We do not apply cookies that track, trace or report your activities to us when you leave our website. Our cookie approval message also stores your consent as a cookies. You can avoid using our site and therefore cookies by contacting us by email or phone.

Copyright and Intellectual property
The rights to the images taken by us remain with us unless specifically agreed in advance and confirmed by us in writing. Purchasing specific images in physical format or as files does not transfer the right of ownership. Images taken will be held on our storage for 5years we will in all likeliness be able to reproduce pictures for older than this, so if you ever want a reprint, we'll do what we can to achieve that. We may post photographs on our website or social media accounts to promote our work, our clients will never be named openly without express consent.

Booking and payments
Bookings are only secured when a deposit has been paid. Deposits are 20% of the package price. The balance being due 30days before the date of the shoot, failure to do so could result in the shoot being cancelled.  

In the event that the date needs to be changed we will do our best to accommodate you, please give us more than 2weeks notice.  In the event of cancellation within 30days of the date of the booking, 50% of the booking total will be forfeited.

General Information
If the subject of the photograph is under the age of 18 then they must be accompanied by an appropriate adult.

Our equipment is portable so we can travel but travel costs are not included in our prices. If there is a need to apply travel costs we will let you know about this in advance during our consultation. We never intend to add unexpected costs onto a booking.

Vouchers for portraits are available, bookings for vouchers must be made by the date stated on the voucher.
